French Tips

So french tips look great! They look clean and high class. I painted my mother's nails with a french tip because her nails are longer than mine and they look way better on long nails.

Below is my sister's nails, she said french tip looks too boring. So i gave her french tip with a twist. I thought it looked great, and so did she. I usually try to match the nails with the person. Meaning that Courtney doesn't want just a plain french tip, but my mother does. My best friend would rather something less normal. So, what they ask for is eventually what they get.

Cute Cousins.

So I have two girl cousins that are 2 years old at the moment, they are twins and oh so cute! Every time they visit (every weekend) they always ask if they can get their "pretty's" done. (nail's painted) And I always do, normally just a coat of a color of their choice, but sometimes when they sit really still I try to paint them very neat.

This is my shot at making a bunny. They like to watch me do it so every time the pen gets in the way they move to see, so yes it is hard to paint a 2 year old's nails. But they are adorable!

Simple flowers, just a little bit of nail polish can make them super happy. :)

Nail Design

Okay so this is just another design, not a cool as the others but it still does look neat. I once again used nail pens, my inspiration was boredom. :) I hope to get some idea's because I am really running out of awesome ideas. You can also e-mail me @

More Nail Techniques!

Alright so, shatter was a huge hit! Whenever I went in to get some they only had white and red. But when I finally got it I was super happy :) I use bright neon colors to make them look even neater than it already does.

Nail Pens :D

NAIL PENS! I'm tellin' ya!
The things you can do with nail pens are unlimited~!

Just a basic dots thing with lots of color :)

Requests!

This is just some of the things people wanted me to try, now that I have a blog I hope to receive
some new requests :)

Nail Designs

This picture is just a black coat with little x's in pink. I like using contrasting colors
for stuff like this. I think it really sticks out. This design was done completely of nail pens, plus a top coat. I always use top coats! I don't normally use base coats, thats what the nail polish is for! ;)

So, as you can see I give a lot of time to my nails, but really some of these
designs aren't really that complicated if you have the right stuff. In my last blog my nail jazz pens are really the bomb! They are a pen, and then you twist and get a brush.

Which Nail Pens Are Best?

Alright, yes I do use Nail Pens. But not all nail pens work. I buy mine every year at the sussex
flea market, but in the below picture's it is displaying nail pens I bought from walmart.
The Walmart Sally Hason's nail pens are good for some people, but it says to only use when you
have a base coat first, but that is not the case. When you have a base coat it doesn't work.
I've tried many things to get them to work, because I paid 7 dollars a piece and I bought 4 different colors. The only time the work is when you put them on the bare nail, and even the it doesn't look as good as it should until you put a base coat. And they are horrible to get off!

Also in NB Claire's (girly store) has their version of nail pens, I find their nail pens run to fast, but the WHITE nail pen is the best for doing french tip. Even better than the "nail jazz" white, because the Claire's pen rolls and gives the right amount for a tip.

So in my opinion, the ones that are called "nail jazz" are the best. I paid $30 for one pack, it has 8 different colors and they are both pens and twist to get a brush. I think "nail jazz" are best nail pens I've ever bought.

So I hope I helped some of you, thank you for checking out my blog. :) Feel free to add comments, and defiantly feel free to send me any ideas! I will post all the neat things I've done with my nails.

Nail Design

This is one step I did to accomplish the nails below, I used scotch tape to block of half the nail, after it dried I blocked off the blue so I could paint the other half white. And in the end it just looked like half white half blue. I have nail pens so I used the same colors and dotted the opposite sides.

This is the finished product :)
